Erie-sistible Mattress & Furniture

Super friendly service! I can't speak highly enough about the great customer service. The owner is extremely helpful, greets you when you come in, shows you what they have....but not pushy. He let me look around, but kept checking to make sure he could answer any questions and offer suggestions. They do have a really large showroom, I had no idea they had so much. And, the prices truly can't be beat - BEST I've seen anywhere!!! More than worth your time to stop here!

I wish I could leave 0 stars because this company doesn’t even deserve a half of a star. When we walked in Jim rode up aggressively with his high speed on. He was unhelpful and disrespectful when we had questions. He even went to the length of smacking the front of his wheelchair over and over out of anger when answering our questions. We felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE with our interactions with him. We will not hesitate to encourage anyone asked to stay away from this company and Jim.

The service rendered was so satisfying! Jim and his wife greeted myself and my family member upon entrance. Jim knows his product and communicates very well. My experience was IRRESISTBLE 🤩! Thanks Jim for such great customer care! Your vibration is one of offering product ...not sales nag! I appreciate your business being available to our Erie community. We spent a long time here. The owner kept showing us cheap and uncomfortable recliners. Finally, he showed us something he would have to order, but it was better quality. My husband said, depending on the price, we would order two or one now and one later. He quoted us a price, and we said we would let him know. I called the next day and ordered one. He then told me it would be another $100.00 if I only ordered one. That was NEVER mentioned the day before. I won't buy when someone pulls that on me.

Well, to start with I am just leaving a review on my initial experience with Jim and Erie-sistible mattress and furniture establishment..(& dog) Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable great prices and great selection. I'm in the market for a new mattress and his prices are very competitive. After looking at several different places we chose Erie-sistible mattress for our next mattress. have not received new mattress yet, waiting for it to be delivered.. I will update my review once I've slept on it :) no pun intended
