Fred, my salesman, was very helpful & accommodating as I visited the store multiple times with multiple questions, as I shopped for a new couch. Matt & Cam arrived a little after noon for the 11am-1pm delivery window & were very friendly. They removed packaging outside, carefully navigated two tight doorways and a set of stairs & made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.

We have previously been disappointed in furniture that we bought at other stores so we were being very selective when finding a new furniture store to shop at. We worked with Timmy in store who was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We could tell that Fred's Furniture and its employees took pride in the products they sold and made it a great shopping experience. The prices were so fair that we ended up buying more furniture than we had planned and they even squeezed us in for next day delivery. Matt and Cam, the delivery guys, were even kind enough to offer to help move our old sectional outside. We will be recommending Fred's Furniture to all of our friends and family.

They looked it up, had the exact same one at the same price. My husband ordered it over the phone and it was delivered 3 days later. The delivery guys were on time, polite and efficient! Definitely would recommend!!
