EVERYTHING COOL - Home & Patio Furniture - POLYWOOD Lexington, Tommy Bahama, Universal, A.R.T, Ashley, Liberty, H2, IFD

Sophia helped us out in the store, she did an amazing job, was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful with any questions we had! They communicated well regarding getting everything delivered. The 2 guys who delivered and set everything up were efficient, courteous, and careful with the furniture and their surroundings! If we need anything in the future we will be going back! Definitely recommend using them. Everything looks great and we love our new Polywood furniture! Thank you all!!

I have been so completely happy with the purchase of my sofa from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the terrific customer service that both Gloria and Christine display. And the products the sell are top notch. It is certainly worth you time to check them out. I know I could not possibly have gotten my sofa anywhere else for this price and it’s made in the USA!!!!

We visited both locations. We met Gloria at the first store, and Ken took care of us at the downtown location. The selection is nice, and the prices are great. Incredible service our entire visit was amazing. We made a purchase of a recliner/loveseat combo, with lumbar support. The delivery guys were very professional. My furniture was delivered quickly and efficiently.

Gloria and her staff were professional, knowledgeable and informative. Their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. Gloria experience and insight was so helpful as we discussed buying our outdoor furniture for our new home. She did a lot of preplanning and the delivery day went very smooth. I highly recommend to buy furniture at Everything Cool.

Gloria is so sweet and helpful. I always prefer to support the local folks and she gave me the best price on Ashley products. I shopped all over to find a sofa and finally got it at Everything Cool 😁
