Mattress Firm St. Augustine

I went in because my 2 11 year old mattresses, from same mattress firm, needed replacement. David was exceptionally helpful and patient. He explained each mattress, how they were constructed, what the differences were and how they related to comfort. I ended up buying the Sealy Posturepedic medium with pillow top. Very pleased with entire buying experience. Thank you David

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently visited the St. Augustine Mattress Firm after relocating and finally having enough space in our new home for a king-size bed. Two years ago, we purchased a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress, and it has honestly been one of the best investments we’ve ever made. Since we loved it so much, upgrading to a split king was an easy decision. This time, we chose a split king so my husband and I can each control our own side of the bed, and we couldn’t be more excited! We also purchased another mattress protector and decided to try their cooling sheets, which we’re looking forward to when everything is delivered in a few weeks. A huge thank you to David, who helped us every step of the way. From our initial phone call and text conversations to meeting with him in person, he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He listened to exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured or like he was trying to upsell us. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. A quality mattress truly is an investment in your health. My husband has dealt with a herniated disc for years, so having proper support while he sleeps is incredibly important. As a dental hygienist, I spend my days in ergonomically demanding positions, so taking care of my body is essential if I want to enjoy a long, healthy career. Since switching to Tempur-Pedic, we’ve both noticed a huge difference in the quality of our sleep and how we feel when we wake up. Our previous queen mattress is still in such great condition that it’s getting a second life in our guest bedroom. If you’re considering investing in a great mattress, we can’t recommend Mattress Firm in St. Augustine enough. Ask for David, you’ll be in great hands. And who knows… maybe one day when we’re retired, we’ll come back and splurge on Tempur-Pedic’s top-of-the-line model! 😂

The St Augustine regular location vs Outlet treats you like family and not a transaction. The outlet guy is rude arrogant and transactional like a used car salesman even to the point of trying to get me to pay $20 to reserve a product and tried to tell me regular store doesn't have the same products but they have everything you need at a better price. Alex Manager and David Sleep Expert have over 20 yrs experience and are not only highly knowledgeable but take their time to ensure you are long-term Happy about your satisfaction in the product you purchased. I did research and this location is the best! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm working with Damien. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us compare options without any pressure, and made the experience easy and stress-free. Really appreciated that he was informative without being pushy at all. Highly recommend asking for Damien if you’re shopping for a mattress!

Very helpful sales associate. Answered many questions and discussed multiple options. I am hopeful that the delivery goes as smoothly as the purchase.
