Exchange Furniture Co, Inc.

Thy were busy, I was looking for a two sided mattress. One that you can flip over after a few months. They had one on their showroom. Daid we could putbin an order but they had to hab half down to order it. And also they had to have so many to be able to place an order. They suggested we go through Tennessee Credit. I have dealt with TC before and don't really want to do that again. He took out name and number and said he would call us when he got enough ordered to place an order. We'll that was 3 weeks ago and we haven't heard from him. So we have decided to look somewhere else. There floor inside their store is not level it has several places that you habe to step up or down and I almost fell twice. So be careful if you go in to look around. They do have some nice furniture. Some reasonable amd some not so reasonable.

kind and friendly staff plus high quality furniture!

After a friend’s recommendation, we went to Exchange Furniture last minute in search of a lift chair before surgery—and we couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were met with an incredible selection, knowledgeable service, and genuine friendliness. Chad and Marci are the definition of a power couple, running a business that combines big-store variety with a true hometown feel. They not only remembered us when we returned, but their commitment to customer service over sales is evident in every interaction. We drove all the way from Murfreesboro just to shop with them again when it was time to furnish our new home, and without a doubt, Exchange Furniture will always be our first stop for any furniture needs. Their delivery team is just as phenomenal, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.

Truly the kindest people and they went above and beyond for me. I went in, ordered my item, and they delivered it immediately. I recommend for everyone to do business here as they truly care about your happiness. Thank you!

Great selections. Great customer service.
