My sofa, tv stand and side table was delivered today. Thank you Expo Furniture Gallery for the fast and hassle free delivery of the items. I must say the quality of the products are very good and I love the color. The items doesn’t have any damage because it was wrapped properly. And it fits right into our living room. Also, Thank you so much to our sales associate Jeff who assisted us, he is so nice and kind. He did a great job! Thank you. 🥰

On March 19, we purchased a table at 11415 Folsom Blvd STE #105A, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. Shortly after, around April 1–2, we started noticing quality issues: the material began peeling on the table and chair, and one side of the table swelled due to poor seams. First, I tried calling the store, but no one answered. Then I started sending messages. They replied once and asked me to send the receipt, after which they stopped responding completely. I was not asking for a refund or an exchange. I simply wanted help solving the issue — to replace the damaged board or get advice on where it could be repaired. Later, we went to the store in person to resolve the situation. At that time, less than a month had passed since the purchase. The consultant Abraham provided excellent service, and we have no complaints about him — he was polite and professional. However, another employee (possibly a manager) was unresponsive, offered no solutions, and simply refused to help. We were told we should have reported the issue within 1–2 days of purchase, even though no one had answered our calls or messages before that. I even considered disputing the payment through the bank, but my husband stopped me because he appreciated Abraham as a person. Overall, the store left a very negative impression. The issue was never resolved, and I do not recommend this store.

On the hunt for new furniture they have a great selection. Will be buying my coaches and dining table from them. Very friendly, Chris was my helper great person

I don't care for posting publicly but I would recommend showing for furniture at Expo Furniture. I have purchased many times here. Mattresses, recliners and home decorative items. Serve is friendly and always pays attention to my needs. Delivery service is excellent. Thank you. EXPO. This time I bought a beautiful gray electric recliner love seat which was displayed as two ends of a Hugh sectional. I only wanted the two end pieces for a big love seat recliner. It is perfect for me and my family room. Absolutely beautiful 😍.
