Imperial Mattress SPM

They accept mattresses and box springs for cycling. Drop it off here and save time and money instead of taking it to the landfill. Stop by and drop it off during business hours. No need to even stop inside to ask for permission.

I bought a mattress from a furniture store on Folsom with lifetime guarantee. Turns out the guarantee is with Imperial Mattress. Hard as cement. I called them to let them know about it. The lady was very rude and basically told me that most likely I ordered a firm mattress. Not like! Never ever in my life have I liked a firm bed. So then she tells me they only repair if springs are protruding. Then on top of that they don't pick up. So I would have to rent a Uhaul to bring it in to them after a long debate with that evil one. I'm out of almost 800 dollars have tried to put several cushions on it still hard as cement. I'm disable can't afford another mattress. Heads up DO NOT BUY BED FROM THEM. LIFETIME GUARANTEE IS A FRAUD

I have had my double pillow top mattress for about 12 yrs now. I am only replacing it because of a neck injury and I cannot get comfortable. Best bed I ever had.

Buy a cheap mattress and keep high expectations, that’s the issue of clients giving low stars for business owners, I always had good returns of what I spent with Imperial. Good people...

Lady there is very she is maybe the owner ..well the fact is that she does NOT KNOW how to treat costumers ...very unprofesiinal .I have alot of bad complaints from my clients that have purchased her product ..cheap material and the springs fail to fast ...so overall Cheap Mattresses is what Imperial makes...i truly DO NOT recomend.
