Factory Direct Bedding & Furniture

Keith has been very helpful in the purchase of our new living room furniture and also for my mom's lift chair

The people here give straight facts instead of dancing around the actual price. They can easily find what you need and the best price for it. Since they usually are a resale store, they might not always have exactly what you're looking for, but they will direct you to the best place to find it.

Spent all day going around Quincy to every furniture store with no luck finding what we wanted. We stopped at Factory Direct before heading back over the bridge, so thankful we did. Found a couch and a few other things and had great service and a great experience. Super helpful, nice, and wonderful customer service. Prices were better than most places in town, only higher than the places with lower quality. Very satisfied with our purchase and experience, Factory Direct Bedding and Furniture will now be our go to furniture store in the area.

My family was looking for a new sectional couch for our home. We walked in and greeted immediately. The owner was very helpful sat down with my kids so my wife and I could look. The prices were incredibly low. We ordered two sets of furniture and still came out under budget. Stop here first they deliver!

We went to Quincy to look for a sectional. My husband works for a furniture store and we could have bought one from there but what we wanted one now and not have to wait (a piece we wanted was going to take a while due to the factory in Texas). We went here and found the perfect one. The price was right, it was leather and had everything we wanted. We did check it all before finalizing anything. We noticed that one part had what looked like some of the material was coming out. One of the ladies said it was glue. Ok whatever lady. The rest of it was in great shape. I was worried how they would get it out because the floor is packed full of furniture but thought they do this everyday so they must know what they are doing. They set the delivery 3 days later. My husband looked at it before they pulled it out and automatically noticed there was damage to the couch. The back has been broken, you could see where the wood was broken and the leather had been ripped. The corners was worn. We know they had several delivery’s that day so I’m sure there was things that had to be moved around. But when he called to see about getting the price adjusted (we luckily only put so much down and was going to pay the rest when it got there). But he wouldn’t budge. Not even the $75 delivery fee. It would have been one thing if this was damaged like this when we bought it. Would have been one thing too if it was already clearances down. But when I bought this couch, it was in perfect condition, expect the glue or whatever. Not sure why glue would have been on the set but whatever. We told them to take it back and got a refund. We won’t be going back. Kinda sad cause I was prepared to give a great review because they did have what I wanted and they were able to get it to us in great time. But because of the delivery drivers carelessness and the lack of even being able to adjust because of the damage, I won’t be recommending them.
