Erin was fantastic to work with! She wasn’t pushy at all. We were looking for an economy queen mattress for our camper but also one that would be comfortable. She didn’t push a high end mattress even though that would have been a good choice. We just didn’t want to spend that much. We ended up laying on the mattresses two different times before choosing the one for us. Thanks to their Labor Day sale, we didn’t break the bank but feel we are getting a nice mattress. Thanks Erin!
View on GoogleErin was extremely knowledgeable of all the mattresses. She listened to us and showed us several options. She was more interested in getting the right mattresses for us verses just selling us a product. We decided our first choice didn't work for us and again, Erin was there to help us find the mattress for our needs. She guided us through the exchange process which made it so much easier. Her customer service was the best I have experienced in years! Her gentleman co- worker was just as professional and easy to work with as Erin was.
View on GoogleWe were very pleased with the mattress and bed purchased that mattress firm. The men that delivered to us today Carlos and Danion Went the extra mile to make sure that they installed the bed and mattress the way it should be. So thankful for these two men.
View on GoogleWe went in the Quincy Mattress Firm store to check pricing. We got a better price, the mattress was available the next day for us to pick it up. The sleep specialist knew so much about every mattress in the store and did not push us to buy a mattress. We were very pleased.
View on GoogleBest customer service I have received in years. I purchased a mattress for my father-in-law over the phone with the help of Erin. We live in Texas and needed to get a mattress to him in Illinois. The process was seamless from choosing the best mattress for his age to the delivery. Now if only I could find a hearing aid company that had superb customer service like this!
