They kept us informed of the delivery time. They explained in detail to what to expect from our new mattresses. So far, these mattresses meet all our needs for a great night sleep.

I’d been looking at the Helix brand for a couple of years. Even though most gave positive reviews I’m always a little hesitant at spending that much money on something sight unseen. So I was pleasantly surprised to come across the Factory Direct space at the Tulsa Home & Garden show. It gave me an opportunity to try several different levels of firmness and ask all my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the mattress we selected. It was delivered almost precisely when we were told and the owner himself and a few helpers delivered and set it up in our bedroom. We’ll certainly look to them again next time we need a new mattress and would highly recommend doing business with Factory Direct.
