Today my partner V and I travelled to Mattress Firm in search of the plushest mattress on the market and were pleasantly met by James the store manager. James did an excellent job at helping us navigate through the uncertainties and vagueness of mattress shopping. He was able to pinpoint the exact mattress that would best suit our specific wants/needs. Having since purchased the black® series three 16.75" plush pillow top mattress all our woes, qualms, issues we may have had in our marriage are gone. 10/10 would recommend for anyone experiencing any problems at all, I promise you shopping as a customer here changed my life. Seriously. Sleep is the most important thing you do all day.

The people at the Edmond location went above and beyond to help us, and in the end we found the perfect mattress thanks to them just happening to have one in stock. They were even willing to take it out of the plastic so that we could test it. You don’t get that kind of service in a lot of places.
