Factory Direct Mattress - OKC West

This was a great experience! I texted for an appointment the day before, got the time I needed and came with my kids. Joe was helpful and showed us exactly what would fit for our bed. It was so nice to have the store to ourselves, especially with little kids. It was a quick and easy experience! Great prices too. Thank you! He even loaded my truck!

I found a listing of theirs on Facebook Marketplace and was just going to stop by and see what they had, but was pleasantly surprised to find the large selection they had to offer and the wide price range of mattresses. All of which are very nice! The folks that run this place know what they’re talking about and are super friendly. I walked out today with the nicest, most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had in my life and it was affordable! Best mattress store ever. End of story. Thank you all for the help today!

The personal experience with Joe was exceptional. He asked some great questions about our needs before showing us some options in a variety of brands. There was no high pressure to make a purchase, and that was one of the reasons we ultimately bought from Factory Direct West. If you are considering a new bed, you should definitely give them a call. They will take great care of you!

Excellent service and great inventory to try out! Joe was knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses he had in the showroom. He was so helpful and listened to what our needs were and showed us mattresses that were in the budget we shared with him. There was no pressure to buy which is so nice and different than being in other retailers where they come off super pushy and sales-y! Wonderful experience, we will be back!!

The most pleasant shopping experience I've had in a long time. Zero pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful, great communication, very competitive pricing, and prompt delivery - not the "between 8:00 and 5:00" routine. If you're shopping new mattresses, see Joe first - you won't be disappointed.
