Mathis Sleep

We went all out and bought everything. New mattress, "base that came with it", the cover, the membership, 2 extremely expensive pillows. I made the mistake of asking about bamboo cooling sheets...."oh we have something better!" Like an idiot, I listened. Added on almost $200 sheets that I HATE! Oh, "you get 30 days to see if you like the matress." How would I know? A week in on these horrid sheets! Of course our old ones won't fit...this mattress is about 6 inches taller. I'm forced to spend my nights on this slip sliding spandex hell. If my husband hadn't gotten rid of our old mattress, I would be sending EVERYTHING back! I came there hoping to make my life better with better sleep. I've been reduced to a constantly angry person because I have had the worst week of my life! I can't believe SHEETS could do that! But here I am wishing I could sleep. Husband can sleep on anything, but HE is the one that gets to go be comfortable on the couch...while I get THIS!!!

We had an amazing experience buying here. Taylor Boss and I believe Dustin was the 2nd associate who helped us. We dealt mainly with Taylor and he is one of the best Salesman I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, not pushy AT ALL, listens well, knows when to step away, but not be gone too long and worked with us when we had some issues. I have absolutely 0 complaints about our experience and am very satisfied with our purchase. I hope this company recognizes and appreciates what they have in Taylor, and from what little we dealt with Dustin he seemed to be very similar.

Kathy was very helpful. She went way out of the way to discover our needs and then helped to fulfill our needs in the best outcome possible

We worked with Taylor who was very helpful and not pushy in anyway. Once we knew what we wanted he made checking out a very simple process. Thank you Taylor for such friendly and professional service 🙏🏻!

Great Customer Service and customer experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable on all products. Would highly recommend
