Terry, the owner, was helpful and easy to work with when I needed to purchase an adjustable bed on short notice for a family member coming out of the hospital. Later, on, when there was a minor issue with a product accessory, Terry went out of his way to help correct the problem. In summary, good customer service, good products, and fair pricing!
