I recently bought a dining table set from this furniture shop and I’m very happy with the purchase. The store has a great variety of designs and the quality of the furniture is excellent. The staff was friendly and helped me choose the best option for my space. Prices were reasonable and delivery was on time. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly satisfied with the service.

Customer Service Complaint Report – Factory Furniture 4250 211th St, Matteson, IL 60443 I am writing this report to formally document my extremely disappointing experience with Factory Furniture at 4250 211th St, Matteson, IL 60443, regarding the purchase and delivery of a bed frame and box spring. On Tuesday, I visited the store and paid in full for the bed frame and box spring. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that the items were unavailable for immediate pickup. Only after my payment was processed was I told that I would not be able to receive the bed frame that same Tuesday, and that it would instead be delivered on Thursday or Friday. When Thursday arrived, nothing was delivered. On Friday, the bed frame was still not delivered. I called the store on Friday and was then told it would be delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday came and passed with no delivery again. After calling the store once more, I was told the delivery would happen on Monday. Because of this promise, I had to call off work and stay home to receive the delivery, causing me inconvenience, lost time, and lost income. Yet again, Monday passed without any delivery. The following Tuesday, while I was already at work, the store finally called and said they were on their way to deliver the bed frame. I then had to call my wife and ask her to rush home so she could receive it. After delivery, we discovered that the box spring they provided was too high for the type of bed frame they sold us, something the store staff should have known before delivery. The box spring was clearly not the correct fit for the bed frame. The next day, I returned to the store to explain the issue and request the correct box spring. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and helping resolve it, I was told that they would not exchange it unless I personally brought the incorrect box spring back to the store. I explained that I do not own a vehicle large enough to transport a box spring, which was one of the reasons I had already paid their delivery fee. Despite this, they still refused to help and insisted that I spend additional money to rent transportation just to return an item that their staff incorrectly provided. To make matters worse: - I was charged for delivery - The delivery was late multiple times - The wrong box spring was delivered - No refund was issued - No compensation or courtesy discount was offered - No effort was made to correct their own mistake professionally The entire experience was handled in a highly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable manner. The repeated false delivery promises, the inconvenience caused to my work schedule, the incorrect product provided, and the refusal to make things right without forcing me to spend more money all demonstrate poor customer service, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I am deeply dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and believe customers deserve honesty, timely service, professional communication, and proper correction when the store makes an error.

Service at the store was fantastic, Pauline knew her stuff. The delivery service TERRIBLE! Our couch came on Friday & the guys tried to pull a fast one claiming it “wouldn’t fit”. They offered to come back to cut it to make it fit then repair it for $108. I wonder how many people have given into their fast money BS.

I will never shop there again they deserve 0 stars. I lost $1,000 dollars there. Don't shop at this store Why do you want to know what happened? My husband came by the store and discussed the issue with you and that we wanted to return the recliner. You stated their are no returns even though your website States 14 day returns.
