We thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience at the Matteson Mattress Firm Location. Farrell was patient, very informative and totally knowledgeable as she assisted us in making our mattress choices. I was highly impressed at her professional ability to work with us, as customers, and help us figure out exactly what products we needed to purchase for our available space. You certainly have found a precious gem of a representative for your company. Thank you Farrell for your diligence. You, and your thoughtful co-worker are very much appreciated. Sincerely, Customers for Life Daisy and Dorothy
