Stopped by cuz I was in the area and had a few minutes to spare before going to work. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted so I asked Joe, who ended up selling me my items, did he work there. He said he was with other customers and sent a female to help me. After looking around I found exactly what I was looking for at a decent price. Everywhere else I looked was a few hundred dollars more than I expected. Joe mentioned something about financing and I said I wanted to cash out no financing. I believe that’s when he took me serious. Nevertheless, I purchased a chest, dresser, and nightstand that I believe will last a lifetime. It’s sturdy, well built, and matches my bed. The delivery guys were professional and in and out so fast that I gave them a nice tip. Overall, I’d recommend this store but the staff should look at every single person that enters as a potential buyer and should be greeted upon arrival. Would’ve given 5 stars but I spent $1623 and wasn’t even acknowledged when I entered their business.

From the second my family and I walked through the doors a nice sales man named Ryan Wilson helped us with everything and answered any questions we had! In the end he helped us find a new affordable couch that met all of our big family’s needs and then some.While also keeping a smile on my little boys faces the entire time! I’d highly recommend this store and I’d recommend asking for Ryan if you want a great sales man who knows his stuff and Music! (Go Def Leppard! 🤟🏻)

Joey P. approached us in a genuinely helpful way—not pushy at all—just letting us know he was available if we had questions. The staff did a great job explaining how the outlet works, and we really appreciated that their sales team isn’t commission-driven, which made the whole experience feel more relaxed and honest. We happened to come across a Nectar mattress that really caught our attention, and Joey walked us through all the details. It definitely helped that he personally owns the same mattress and could speak from experience. He offered us a very fair deal on the floor model and was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Joey - we’ll definitely be recommending this outlet to everyone!
View on GoogleRyan and Joey were amazing. Coming from a different customer service field, it was everything youd want. To be acknowledged, but not being overwhelmed and being treated like a dollar sign, and crowded. We had gone there last week. Ryan was amazing. Not pushy, very helpful, answering all the questions, showing us everything we wanted to see. We stopped at Slumberland first today where their desk was in the back of the store, and no one came to greet us or said anything until we were right in front of the desk looking. When we went in to Famous Furniture, Joey had asked if we had been in last week. He showed us everything we wanted to see again, and made sure that we were sure of what we wanted.
