Very unprofessional. They gave me the run around about delivering my bed. I had to keep calling them after they had me wasting my whole Saturday waiting for a delivery for them to not even show up. I had to call them Monday to see when they were going to deliver and they told me after lunch, around 1 and they didn’t show up until 230. Finally they delivered my bed and one of the guys broke the leg on my headboard. They tried to go glue the leg back on the headboard and expected me to pay for a brand new broken bed. The manager was nonchalant about the whole situation and didn’t even apologize for their mishaps. I cancelled my whole order. They came to pick up the pieces they had already delivered and left one of the rails outside. Never again!!!!!

Outstanding service time you walk in the door to the time you walk out they try to meet all your needs and get you the right product for your home then they order it it comes in. They call you ASAP. I went and picked it up. No problems no issues fast service the salesman. I think it’s Anna or Angela she’s outstanding, everybody’s very friendly. I will be back there to buy. Thanks to everybody in Adel…

Loved the service and the people that cared for me the experience was great
