We own an older lift chair, bought from Triangle some years ago, which stopped working. When I went into the store, Vanessa met me and was most kind and helpful. We determined the problem was not the control, and then arranged to have the chair picked up and checked out. Vanessa was following up through the whole process and making sure the pickup, repair, and delivery all went smoothly. Tony in the warehouse, and the two young men on the truck were also kind and a pleasure to work with. They will be my go-to company when I'm looking for furniture in the future.

My sales representative Vannessa was so sweet and patient. She thoroughly helped me find something that I liked. They have really nice and reasonable priced furniture.

Vanessa made our shopping experience a very pleasant one. She is knowledgeable of the merchandise that was in the store and also the items that could be ordered. Thank you for a no pressure shopping trip!

Vannessa was extremely helpful, kind, & easy to work with! Her knowledge on the specific pieces made the purchase & pick up process smooth!
