Only minor problems, straps were not broken to release recliners and failed to put legs on sofa. The 2 young men who returned the next day to correct the problem were super knowable, quick, and friendly and polite. The personal contact with staff was good although returning phone calls were lacking. Would definitely use Farmers for any additional purchases.

I felt like Farmers had no interest in me as a customer at all from the very beginning. They made it seem as if they were doing me a favor by letting me buy a couch from them. It was honestly the worst retail experience that I have had. When I finally decided to purchase the couch that I wanted, it took over 2 hours, when I went in showing exactly what I wanted. Delivery was not provided the day that it was scheduled. They tried to sneak insurance costs on the contract without asking if I wanted it, just told me to sign here. They charge $99 delivery fee for one couch when you live within a couple of miles. Just an awful experience. Luckily I only needed 1 sofa this time, but when I buy my own house in a couple of years, they will NOT be furnishing it. Customer service is so important and unfortunately there is no standard of work ethic there.

Bought a fridge from here been paying on it for almost 3 years never in the past three years have missed a payment have paid late before but never missed a payment. Always have told them when I was going to be late and now that my fridge is almost paid off. I told them I was going to be late this month because of the way paychecks rolled around and they showed up at my door like I’m someone who doesn’t pay their bill when I have paid them consecutively for the past three years Will not be using them anymore after this is paid off I will just go buy my stuff outright from Home Depot Treating your good customers like somebody who doesn’t pay is not how you get repeat business zero out of 10 and recommend

Bought love seat recliners & a recliner...had to wait one week for delivery...one recliner on love seat will not recline...contacted store 15 minutes after delivery was completed...sales person on the phone kept snickering & laughing as I was voicing my complaint...then proceeded to hang up on me...yes I was upset yes I had a few choice words...did apologize to her...but come on I just spent $1,000 plus $200 delivery fee...so the next person I talked to, 2 days later... said they did not do the repairs...they would be in touch...now I find out it will be June 4th before my furniture would be repaired...CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

We discussed the sale price with a 15% discount the first time I came in at lunch. I came back at 5 with my can goods ready to buy a floor model. When the sale was being processed the price went up. The 15% did not apply to the advertised price. She pulled a price tag from behind the tag showing. I am very disappointed.. I wanted the chair. Be careful and do the math on your phone before you buy anything.
