When we were browsing the elections of furniture we were bothered every fifteen minutes while we were deciding on what we possibly would want to prioritize for buying for our new house. It felt very pressured and we weren’t a fan of that. We wanted a full bedroom set and for whatever reason on the paperwork we are missing a dresser. We said no to the sealant for a couch several times but were charged for that on top of the issues. When they delivered the furniture they pulled into the driveway honking nonstop but never knocked on the door. They didn’t even call us before they would be here. That is absolutely ridiculously rude and unacceptable. For our missing dresser we aren’t even going to worry about it and just one from Amazon where it’s cheaper and we know we will have it. Our couch arrived wet and I’m sure that it’s from the sealant that we didn’t even agree on getting but we’re charged anyway for. Very disappointed and dissatisfied and we will absolutely not shop and farmers ever again for any location.

Went in to buy a powerlift recliner and found one that I liked and was told that I could get 25% off as well as other discounts and my daughter would purchase it when she came to Georgia from Texas. The deal had already been made, as I was having major shoulder surgery and needed that particular chair. It was to be delivered that same day. On Saturday, 08/09/2025 so that it would be in my home prior to my surgery, but when we went in they went back on their guaranteed price and would not honor the guaranteed price. They said it was a special order, but it had been in the store the whole time. Needless to say I did not get a chair for my recovery that I needed in time and am very disappointed in this furniture store because I really wanted that particular chair and had to go somewhere else and settle for one that I don't like at all. All I can say is that Farmer's furniture should have honored their word. It has definitely made my recovery painful as I had to take a much smaller chair with no room to be comfortable. I hate it,so I hope they can live with themselves while I am in misery.

Thomas The store manager in commerce was very knowledgeable and pawith me and helped me pick out a very nice recliner. The price was right and he even offered me financing . Great staff great experience

Helpful advise. Told them what we were looking for and they showed us many different styles to choose from. Always a great experience

Wouldn't have posted a one star but I made a payment arrangement a week prior because I had issues with my vehicle. I explained my situation and said give me a week and personally showed up to discuss this. They said it's no problem and it is taken care of. Well today the full payment was taken out of my account today and I'm officially in the red. Unfortunately they are closed Sunday and have no way of fixing this situation.
