We stopped in this place to get furniture after we had gone to all the big stores and not finding what we liked. They had a nice ashley furniture collection and was happy they finally had somehting we were looking for. We placed the order, paid in cash and waited for delivery. We were told it would be just a few days. Well a week went by, no huge deal but hadn't heard from anyone. Called and they said oh yeah we will be there tomorrow. They did not give any window. I took off of work and finally at 7pm they showed. I has to make all the calls. They never called me. Brought the furniture in and they ordered the sectional backwards and didnt bring one of the chairs. I called them immediately. They apologized for it being wrong and would bring the right one out in two days. Again not given a window. They came back and still did not have the chair. I called and the lady said I apologize I forgot the chair on the order. It will be out In another two days. The guys they sent to bring the new sectional reaked of weed and tried to bring the couch with legs on in the front door.. I told them to stop. They refused and kept pushing through. I showed them how bad they damaged the door and they just made fun of me for it and acted like a little paint would fix it and just left. I called the store again and explained immediately what happened and was told they would be out to fix it and make it right. After 4 weeks today they finally showed up to fix it after I had to outright beg. The guy who talked to my husband was actually saying omg its just some little scratches which I thought was ridiculous. I will never use this company again. They hire anyone to deliver furniture and then act like it's your fault or you shouldnt complain over damage. You can see from the pictures its wasnt just minor scratches. They rubbed it so hard you can see the old color. Its unfortunate because when we left there after buying we were thrilled to find the couch we wanted. Should have stuck with the bigger stores. At least they hire better people to deliver. Almost every bad review talks about there lack of communication and follow through. This one was no different. Wish I had read there reviews before spending that much money.

We ordered a couch that they didn't have the color we wanted in store so we were told it would be delivered to our home either Friday or Monday. We never received calls, me or my husband kept having to call the store for updates between Friday and Monday to be told that it wouldn't be in until Wednesday. Wednesday comes and we get a call that only half of our couch came in the correct color and the other half was another color. They went ahead and delivered it and told us they would exchange it for the right color once it came in. They also told us they would call us a few hours before delivery since they didn't have a time frame other than it would be after 4. My husband got a call around 3 that they were at our house to deliver and we weren't there because no one told us. It's been over a week now and we had to call again to see when it would be coming in. They told us Friday which is today. They said it would be delivered between 5 and 7. It is now almost 9pm with no word on when its going to be here and the store is now closed. So who knows when we will get it because we were told they don't deliver on the weekends. The communication with this company is horrible. I do not recommend.

My sales report was great. Furniture was delivered to the store in a reasonable amount of time However the company they use for financing Kafne is horrible. No one told me that there would be a 101.00 additional just to get a credit account with them. I paid my account off within 25 days and thats when I realized they were charging an extra 101.00. No one could help me. When I told the manager what happened, he shrugged his shoulders

Went in to look for a mattress when we first got there as sales associate, which I won’t mention her name, but she was very nice and very helpful and found us a mattress in our price range and told us that we could come back and pick it up anytime she did not have to be there. So I arranged for a pick up truck to meet us at the store to buy the mattress the sales associate that Gave us the deal on the mattress was not there which she said it was OK if she wasn’t but when we got there, the self Associates there said nope they could not help us and that also there was no one in the warehouse to help us So waste a trip up there a wasted trip for the man in the pick up truck I have to pay to come down there to meet us who could not deliver because we couldn’t get the mattress. It was just a bunch of running around from the associates. No one was interested in showing us anything else are trying to sell us anything else or try to help us at all in fact, they were pretty much rude and seem bothered by the fact that we needed help looking for a mattress very disappointed. It’s the least I can say The sales associate I’m talking about is named Mohani And I may be saying that wrong, but she was super super sweet and did her job with Grace and friendliness, which we did not get from anybody else.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would, we went in today 11/15/2025 look for a Couch and 2 rocker recliners. When we came in we were asked by a female sales associate,"What we were looking for", we said we're just looking we haven't been in before, she seemed upset and said are you just killing time. We just thought she was young and rude so we went on and found a few items we were interested in, no one else asked if we needed help, so we went to the counter for assistance,4 sales people were there, and another young woman who said, "Ya'll are going to have to wait for help were busy". We waited 20 minutes and no one came.So we left there are better prices in other stores . And I don't have to deal with rude sales people I hope y'all don't work on commission, I need all new furniture.The living room was just the beginning.
