Farmers Home Furniture | Dalton, GA

After having an absolute nightmare of an experience with Ashley Furniture (one that is still costing me over 500$ for furniture I returned because it was incomplete and damaged upon delivery) I was apprehensive about going into another furniture store to find another bedroom set. After looking at Farmers Furniture and finding a set that I was happy with the checkout process was quick and simple and my items managed to not only arrive on time, but I also received everything that I ordered and it showed up without any damage! Can’t say the same for Ashley! The quality of our new bedroom set is superb and the set up went smoothly. The delivery guys were friendly and did a great job. I am very satisfied with my new bedroom furniture! Thank you 🙏

Manager was rude to the worker. I don’t care if you’re sick from Covid and you can’t hear very well, you were yelling with a condescending tone of voice towards another grown adult that was just trying to help and then you go ahead and put the blame on her as well as send her home 🙄 Talking about “you don’t know what we go through here” I’m very aware 🤣

My sales person and the manager were exceptional! After looking all over Chattanooga for what I specifically needed, I found it right here in Dalton (home). Thank you both!

I had a great experience with this furniture company from start to finish. The quality of the pieces I purchased is outstanding—sturdy, stylish, and exactly as described. The ordering process was simple, and my items arrived on time and well-packaged.Customer service was also excellent. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their products. Definitely. Excited about being a Returning customer come and see for yourself you won’t be disappointed!

Nothing but good to say about these guys. Everyone, from the salespeople on the floor to the folks behind the counter to the guys who delivered our sofa, are incredibly kind and helpful! Highly recommend them.
