I have been a customer of farmers now for just over a year they have always been friendly and helpful anytime I’ve needed it and just a lifesaver now for the holidays. They have made a gift,I purchased for my husband very special. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and time to make his present special

If I could give a one star or no stars, I would the store manager Ashley is rude hangs up on you , accuses you of cursing her and and yelling at her when he wasn’t, their delivery man damage is the product as he’s moving it in and then drops it when you call the store to complain about it. The manager gets hostile. I asked for them to replace my washer and dryer. They said no they were holding the set they had for a customer that hasn’t even paid. I would not use this store go to the Dalton store

Great customer service. My 86 year old mother's central went out & she was trying to heat her trailer with small electric floor heaters. Farmers Furniture in Chatsworth made it possible for me to get a window unit air conditioner system with heat right before Christmas. Now her trailer is warm & toasty & I don't have to worry about her falling on one of the floor heaters while walking on her walker. On Wednesday, November 5th, my old TV quite working at about 3pm. Since I prefer to buy locally if at all possible. Farmers and the 2 rental stores in Chatsworth were the only stores that I could find that sold TVs. Farmers had what I wanted. I walked in their store at 5pm. Ashley, the store manager showed me the model of TV we had discussed over the phone. I was satisfied with her demonstration, made my purchase, and Dave had my new TV delivered and setup in my home by 6:30pm. You can't ask for better service than that. Great experience! 😊

Terrible customer service never again will I buy from this place ...Was told they was bringing the mattress two different times it didn't come either .. Then they had us wait two more weeks for them to be delivered . . They never mailed a bill but yet drove there box truck by the house few days in a row, and finally ended up leaving a letter saying with red writing reading urgent with a friend outside my home ..I had mattress delivered on 10/17 This was 11-11-25 ..I set up online account and made payment today .. Bad business and it's sad cause I was trying to purchase local home town place ..learn to do business folks ...I am furious with this place ...wish I would have just returned the mattress at the start..
