We had a great experience purchasing furniture. The bedroom sets were beautiful and reasonably priced. The complete staff, including the sales associate and the manager, were all exceptional and very helpful. Our delivery process was also very smooth. Ultimately, we are delighted with our new bedroom set.

Olivia is amazing, she has sold me every piece of furniture and I ONLY go to farmers and pay more in the long run because of her. I see her one every other year when purchasing. Most recently I purchased a king bedroom suit with everything except mattress and box springs. All I was told is they’ll deliver it next Thursday and I’m like okay just have them let me know and I’ll be home and went about my day. I received a voicemail this morning saying “calling to let you know we have your items and delivering today. I don’t have an estimated time at the moment.” I call back, takes a couple minutes to go through, and someone answers, sends me to delivery department. Seeing as I run my own office 9-5, I explain no one scheduled and I am at work. It’s a new office, I’m my only employee, and I have appointments all day. There is a couple back and forth with a guy who said they couldn’t go in my house with no one there which I get it. Now keep in mind I paid for delivery and install but I can’t have anyone install it since they didn’t schedule a time with me. The guy puts me on hold, and a lady picks up with no Hello or anything and says “When’s your next day off?” I said the weekend, she said that wouldn’t work. Well of course not! I said ma’am all I asked is could I be put as late in the day as possible. She stated they have to do it this way or that, I don’t recall her exact wording. I said ma’am, all I’m saying is when can they deliver last. What about 330 or 4. She said that didn’t give them time for setup. I reminded her, as someone may have not relayed that info before she abruptly picked up the phone, I don’t need them to install since they didn’t schedule it with me because I don’t have time. I just need them to carry it inside. So all in all, Im paying for a service I’m not getting. No offer to reimburse seeing as adults who have 9am-6pm jobs Mon-Sat didn’t think to schedule with another adult who has a Mon-Fri 9-5. This was my first time having them deliver, I’ve always picked up. I just didn’t want to chance having to do it in 2 truck loads. I was going to come back and just outright buy the Crosley fridge this week, because I told Olivia I wanted it but I don’t know if I’ll continue to go back. Like I said Olivia is great, but just like anything that seems to involve sales, everyone is great when you buy it but the second papers signed, they got what they wanted.

Very affordable i would definitely come here then rent a center or arons they have so many different items low payments and very friendly people this will be my store from now on
