Gibson McDonald Furniture & Mattress

Excellent experience. The inventory was great. They were even able to provide the option to order an online item not in store. The process was simple, easy and incredibly efficient. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

We had a great experience throughout the whole process! When we purchased in store the lady was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. The gentleman who called to schedule our delivery was very polite. And the gentlemen who delivered our furniture were very helpful, even helping me move a cabinet out of the way of where I wanted the new couch, and polite. I had just put my newborn down for a nap when they had arrived and they were very careful to get everything set up quickly and quietly for me. Overall I couldn't have had a better experience!

My experience with Gibson McDonald furniture has been absolutely amazing. The sales team went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. Everything was explained in detail they took their time to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and that I had everything that I needed. I will definitely be back to do business with them.

Absolutely the best service in town. Bobbie Jo Johnson knew how to sell exactly what I needed today. Thanks for the excellent service. We appreciate good quality service and fantastic prices.

From the moment I walked in, Bobbie Jo provided excellent service. I purchased three accent chairs. They arrived quickly, and are superior in quality. I do not hesitate to recommend them, and I’m sure I will use them again in the future.
