Farmers Home Furniture | New Tazewell, TN

We are outside of Raleigh NC. We have a family member, living in Tazwell TN, who needed emergency surgery on their arm/elbow. We had an immediate need for an oversized recliner for our loved one to recover & sleep in after coming home from the surgery. Everyone at Farmers Home Furniture, on Main Street in New Tazwell TN, who we dealt with, from sales, office and delivery guys, were amazing and so understanding of our unique situation. We were able to do everything over the phone and get the recliner delivered the same day. My husband and I can not say enough good things about their employees and their customer service. Our family member loves the recliner and its made recovery go so smooth and less painful while trying to rest. We were very happy with the price of the recliner and the manufacturer has great reviews as well. We could not be more pleased! Thank you to everyone at Famers Home Furniture in New Tazwell TN!

Travis and Bryan were both very nice. They were helpful in getting my lift - chair in the house, setting it up, and showing me how the remote control worked. Travis had me to set in “ my chair “ and be sure that I could get the most out of it! I was very impressed with them, and think they do their job exceptionally well.

Recently bought a Home Stretch recliner from the Tazewell store. The staff and management were helpful and professional. They had many different models and colors to choose from. We settled on a fair price & I will most certainly be back for my next purchase.

It's my 3rd purchase at Farmers Home Furniture. They always greet me every month with a smile and kind words. Very helpful and good knowledge any time I have questions. I have not had any problems with any of the items we have purchased. They have a wide selection of many name brand items and financing was so simple and only took 15 min from start to finish. I'll never go back to the Renta places with there low quality marche dice that don't out last the payment's. Thank You Farmers Home Furniture of NewTazewell.

Lisa the store manager is very pushy, Her sales person Brock needs to watch what he says while in the store. it was better when Jennifer , Amber , Kristen and Lexus were in the store it was more friendly and more inviting when you walked in. I can see this store closing in the near future, if i could give no star i would!!
