I purchased 2 recliners and 2 coffee tables. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for some wonderful furniture.

I have a loveseat with WiFi but no instructions and no help from the company. Not satisfied at this present time ☹️

The staff was nice The problem was they had no one to deliver after the sale. They said the delivery person had quit. A company this size should never be in a position that they cannot service the customer after a sale. How much business do you lose because you don't have anyone to deliver. Even if you had to borrow a driver from another store would be nice. Just a thought!!

The employees were extremely knowledgeable considerate and attentive to my needs and concerns. Promptly assisting me answering any questions related to my purchase. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The pickup was promptly done upon arrival. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. I will definitely be recommending and continue patronizing this store. Congrats team on the expert workmanship and mannerisms shown. I've just made a new purchase. My merchandise was ordered shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. Due to my hectic work schedule I was late for the scheduled pickup. The warehouse personnel were already gone for today. I was planning to reschedule for the next day. The associate working service desk insisted on retrieving merchandise and loading it herself. Due to her unselfish generosity I was loaded and arriving at work on time. I didn't get her name but thanks everything and excelling way beyond that which was required. She is a valuable asset to your team. It's always a pleasure shopping at your Tarboro store. The associates there ear people persons. They make you feel appreciated for patronizing their establishment. It's not just about commissions with them. Job well done team and appreciate everything you all did to assist me.
