Feldkamp's Furniture - Junction City

The owner was awesome! Made us feel very comfortable and met our price range perfectly. Answered all of our questions and was overall very funny and comfortable to be around. Beautiful store amazing prices. Thank you to everyone who works there for making our experience so amazing. Can’t wait to pick up the bed couch and washer and dryer you guys rock!

Knowledgeable and courteous delivery men called within the first 30 min of the two-hour expected delivery time. Put furniture together and placed furniture in the room. Reviewed operation, charged and placed the battery before leaving.

It took a month to get my sectional because they had to order another one (the one that was on the floor was sold kinda fast). However I am absolutely in love with it, I am so happy 😊 with my purchase. But because it took so long I had to rent a sectional for when family came over. Alexis was kind, informed, helpful and kept the line of communication open (because of her I will be going back for more).

Great customer service! Tori sent me photos of what they had available and then walked me through the store based on what I told her I wanted. Our sectional just got delivered! Update: sectional is not as comfortable as assumed and not as child friendly as I imagined it would be.

Came in to see if they had a specific couch I wanted in stock and they did not . Heather called other locations and found what I wanted . She has it being shipped from the Abilene location to Manhattan next week. Heather is 5 Star !
