Caleb at Mattress Firm is the best! He was super helpful from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, quick response to all my questions and easy to work with while I figured out what worked best for me. Him and Brandon both made me feel comfortable taking my time in the store. Now I have a mattress I absolutely love AND Caleb also made sure got the best deal possible. Great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

We had such a great experience at this mattress store from start to finish! The staff Brandon and his boss was incredibly friendly, patient, and actually listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. They took the time to explain the differences between mattresses, comfort levels, and pricing, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The showroom was clean, organized, and had plenty of options to try out. I never felt rushed, and they encouraged me to really test the mattresses so I could find the perfect fit. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places I checked, and they had great deals that made it even better. They offer delivery too. If you’re looking for great customer service, honest advice, and quality products, I highly recommend this store. We'll definitely be coming back since we need to buy 1 more mattress for my teenager and sending friends and family their way!

We were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes. They seemed caring and very helpful. They weren't pushy like most salesman are. Brandon showed us many different mattresses and explained each one. We told him about our issues with the comfort we needed. He gave us pillows to try out the beds. And left us alone so we could have time to lay and feel the beds out. After we had time alone he took us to another one to try out and fit our budget. Again left us alone to see if that one worked. After we made up our minds, Brandon went over everything with us. Price, if we changed our minds , delivery , covering for the mattress. He was very thorough. Before we signed the papers, he made sure this was what we wanted so we would feel comfortable in our decision. He was a very good salesman and made us feel comfortable about getting our mattress. He also assured us if we had any questions we could call any time. We left the store with a good feeling and glad he was they to help.

Went in and had a really good experience with Brandon. He listened to everything we needed, and had excellent recommendations. Was able to help save some money in places. I would definitely go back to him

Jojo has the upmost knowledge very enthusiastic sales rep. He got us setup quickly with a mattress and base. Out of 6 stores we went to he was the only person to give us the same energy at our lower price point. Give this man a promotion or raise immediately.
