My wife and I recently purchased Flexsteel sofa and loveseat, and couldn’t be happier with the furniture, price and the outstanding service from Don and Mark Fickes. The owners of this wonderful family store made the entire experience exceptional—from helping us choose the perfect pieces to delivering and setting everything up beautifully in our home. About a week after delivery, I noticed the right cushion on the sofa didn’t seem quite level. I called the store, and Mark personally drove 45 minutes to our house to check it out—no questions asked. Turns out it was just the floor protectors under the feet (completely my oversight). He fixed it in minutes, refused any payment for the service call, and was genuinely kind and professional the whole time.The quality of the Flexsteel furniture is top-notch, and the way this family-owned business stands behind their customers is rare these days. If you’re looking for beautiful, well-made furniture and real old-school service, this is the place to go.Highly recommend—5 stars aren’t enough!
