We bought all of our appliances for our new home from Farm and Home. One reason we loved this company was because their service and delivery personnel were not subcontracted. We have used all of their services and can say that they deserve 5 stars all around! We were very happy with the customer service they gave us when purchasing and they went above and beyond when our new oven broke. They replaced our new Range after we had been waiting for parts for over 4 weeks. This was no fault of theirs. The service team was professional and answered all of our questions. The delivery team was also professional and made sure I was happy with the installation before they left. They could not have been more helpful and we really felt that they listened to us. Service with a smile will always win in our books! Farm and Home will be our go to hardware/appliance/furniture store for years to come. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
