I Have shopped here For many years, never had a problem great prices love The owners and the workers… Thanks too John & Cuba they are the best. They literally did everything possible to get my furniture in my apartment because of how large The furniture in the entrance space…service is definitely a 100 out of 10 🙌🏽
View on GoogleWe recently visited Flint Mattress and Furniture while in the area after hearing many positive things about the store, particularly about how easy the purchasing and delivery process is. We’re from Pontiac, but decided to stop in based on the great feedback. The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The store itself is nice, organized, and offers a good variety of furniture options. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short due to an uncomfortable and unprofessional situation involving a tall staff member with curly red hair. While on the sales floor, he was visibly engaging in inappropriate personal behavior (including reaching into the back of his clothing), and shortly after, he passed gas in close proximity to customers. This created an extremely uncomfortable environment and ultimately led us to leave the store. We believe professionalism and basic hygiene standards are important in a customer-facing business. We hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more comfortable experience for future customers.

View on GoogleNeeded a king size box spring same day. Called around Flint and this place by far and away had the best price, and also had the items in stock. Drove to the store, transaction took all of two minutes, employees were friendly and efficient and even loaded the box springs into our car for us. Would definitely come back here for any future furniture needs!
