Ashley Store + Outlet

My husband and I had a great experience at Ashley furniture store in Flint. Tony greeted us at the door and helped us find the perfect sideboard to match the new Ashley dining set we purchased recently. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Checked the availability of the piece and also helped look for coffee and end tables. We will definitely re-visit the store for future needs. Thank you, Tony!

Randy, our salesman was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable about the products, any questions we had he answered, helped us make an informed decision on our purchase. He did not hover as he told he wouldn’t upfront and let us look at what we were at Ashley to look for. He explained options as far as financing, delivery and customer pick up clearly and concisely! I would recommend him to anyone shopping at Ashley Furniture in Flint. Super friendly and an all around great guy!!

We had an outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Steve. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed without being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the different options clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Steve’s customer service was exceptional — friendly, patient, and attentive from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way he does. Because of him, we left feeling confident and excited about our purchase. If you visit Ashley Furniture, definitely ask for Steven. Highly recommend!

We visited over the weekend, and Izzy was super friendly. What we liked most about him is that he wasn't pushy. We told him we likely weren't going to make a decision that day, and he was fine with that and continued to answer all of our questions. We liked him so well that when we returned a few days later, we asked for him by name and placed our order. Again, he was very helpful and patient. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and be sure to ask for Izzy!

Honestly, we were hesitant to come in with this being the 5th furniture store on the day, but we are glad we did. We thought Ashley had a reputation of being pricy and we weren’t going for that. It ended up being our last store for the day because we found exactly what we were looking for, at a way better price than the others. Being in sales, I typically can’t stand dealing with other salesmen, but Brandon was amazing. He was more of an expert and really knew his stuff. We had a ton of questions and requirements for what we wanted and he helped us through it all.
