Stopped in during the sale. Came in for looking for a couch left with buying a beautiful dining room set!
View on GoogleI had the greatest experience with Francis Furniture! Not only did it feel like I was walking in and talking to my own family, but every item in the store was beautiful, well placed and well taken care of. My fiancé and I have been to several local furniture, stores, and each time we felt we were being up sold on pieces that we kept saying wouldn’t even fit in her home. We definitely did not feel like this was the experience at Francis Furniture. We purchased two couches right off the floor, and received them five days later. The delivery guys were nice, prompt and friendly. I had a really great experience with everyone we worked with. I would recommend to anyone and everyone searching for new furniture to go check them out. Awesome people, awesome business!
View on GoogleYes, my last name is Francis, but I do not work there. I live in Columbus and shopped there as a customer. And I will say, I was quite pleased. The employees are all friendly, with positive attitudes, and professional. Best, there were no high-pressure sales tactics; they let you browse, and are straight-forward with you. I also appreciated their honest opinions/advice in deciding the style of furniture and fabric type. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleThe tale of two chairs, in order to fully grasp my review, you have to look at the photo. One chair was purchased in 2009, 15 years ago, one chair was purchased in 2024. Can you tell which is which? Yeah, neither can anyone else. What do these chairs have in common?? They were BOTH purchased at Francis Furniture Sidney, and both made in USA. I don't know of many places where you can buy furniture that will last 15 years. That chair has withstood teens, cats, dogs...life. To say I recommend Francis Furniture in Sidney is an understatement. I fully endorse them, and I approve this message. oh! The blue chair is from 2009.
View on GoogleOur experience at Francis Furniture was exceptional! From the moment we entered, the personalized service really stood out. With an impressive selection of options, they were able to guide us to the perfect choices that fit exactly what we were looking for. We left with the most comfortable mattress imaginable and a stunning bed frame that would have cost significantly more elsewhere. I wholeheartedly recommend Francis Furniture to anyone in search of new furniture. Thank you, Francis Furniture, for making our shopping experience so enjoyable!
