Really great experience here! Super friendly and helpful staff, and the store was clean with a lot of nice options. Found exactly what I needed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! In Love with our new Furniture !

Very poor experience. We bought a dining table set in October and quickly noticed serious quality issues, including nails coming out of the chairs, which is a safety concern. We contacted the store many times over the past few months. Each time we were promised a repair visit, but no one ever came. Now they are asking us to fix the furniture ourselves by providing parts, instead of taking responsibility. This has been extremely frustrating. Poor quality and unreliable service. I would not recommend this business.

I sincerely suggest to people to not shop here. We are very disappointed with our experience. They made an error and it's been over a month without all the parts to our bed and they do not communicate or seem to care if the issue is resolved. Please do not waste your time or money here. It's been very frustrating.

I love this place!! We bought our reclining loveseat and couch from them. Big selection and very reasonably priced. Theo helped us and he was a-mazing!! He is super friendly and treats you like a person instead of just wanting that sale. He asks you all kinds of questions from what kind of material (microfiber, leather, ect), a rocker kind, recliner, a manual or electric, ect) to point you in the right direction so you're not wasting your time looking at stuff that doesn't meet you needs or wants. We had furniture in mind that we liked from The Furniture store but wanted to shop around. We walked into a store closer to where we live but they weren't as friendly and their prices were insane. Monday morning I went back to The Furniture Store, got with Theo and bought our furniture. I will not shop anywhere else but The Furniture Store. Did I mention how amazing Theo is?? Go see Theo, I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.
