We bought 3 mattresses from Frantz and we love them so when we needed another one for our apartment in Boston we went back to see if they could ship there. They couldn’t but they went over and above finding out the Boston dealer we should use and even contacting them to make sure everything went smoothly. Over and above customer service! Absolutely recommend and will always come back here for furniture. Thanks once again! Oh and perfectly delightful people too!
View on GoogleTop notch customer service. Deana went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new mattress.
View on GoogleLove this store! Wonderful, friendly and helpful owners... and great furniture!
View on GoogleWhat a great experience buying a set of couches for my cottage in the mid-coast. Worked directly with ownership to pick the right combination of materials for the space and situation. Ordered and arrived right around the expected date. Delivery was a breeze… No issues, not difficult. Genuine people. Highly recommend. Love the couches!
View on GoogleDeana and Garth are great people and so nice to work with. We moved to Maine in September 2017 with a promise of a bed delivery from a chain bed store the same day. Bed was never delivered..even after several days of arguing with them. We visited Frantz a few days later and had a bed delivered 2 hours later...all same day. There is something to be said about buying local. We will be working with them going forward for all our furniture needs. We would recommend them to anyone!!
