Dow Furniture

Our interaction with the Dow team has been excellent from start to finish. The sales teams (Julia, Jen, Lisa and Jonathan) were very helpful. Thanks for great communication leading up to the delivery. The delivery crew (Alex and Liam) were easy to work with, conscientious and friendly. When we found a small defect at the time of delivery, Eban provided great customer service with an excellent solution. Highly recommend Dow Furniture and we will be back! Thank you!

Absolutely loved it. Found my recliner chair that I'm currently in love with after going to several different furniture stores. I must say yes, it is called the beast but it's definitely built for a person of height and weight for big and tall. And I also got to say my cats are actually loving it too.

Great experience with Dow Furniture! Beautiful show room with lots of great furniture choices and very reasonable prices! The Dow Furniture family were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very blessed to have found them to buy new furniture for our new home in Maine! Many Blessings to everyone involved! God Bless!

I am happy with the products that I bought. My mattress is extremely comfortable, and I love my bedroom and dining room set. The process was hassle-free and everyone in the store was friendly. Immediately as I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and assistance was rendered. I am not sure of the lady who assisted me but she was of great help along with the Owner 😊. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know.

An exceptional experience! Staff greeted us upon arrival, listened well and figured out pretty quickly what we were looking for! They did a great job of involving both my wife and me!(even though the chair was for me….lol!). We had fun shopping there! Many thanks! Steve from Rockport Ps: sweet 20% off sale too!!!!!
