Our interaction with the Dow team has been excellent from start to finish. The sales teams (Julia, Jen, Lisa and Jonathan) were very helpful. Thanks for great communication leading up to the delivery. The delivery crew (Alex and Liam) were easy to work with, conscientious and friendly. When we found a small defect at the time of delivery, Eban provided great customer service with an excellent solution. Highly recommend Dow Furniture and we will be back! Thank you!

I must say yes, it is called the beast but it's definitely built for a person of height and weight for big and tall. And I also got to say my cats are actually loving it too.

The process was hassle-free and everyone in the store was friendly. Immediately as I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and assistance was rendered. I am not sure of the lady who assisted me but she was of great help along with the Owner 😊. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know.
