Very nice shopping experience, but forgot to look at different fabric choices. I'm sure the one I'm getting will be fine though. Lauren was so very helpful, and realized after I left that we hadn't really looked at other fabrics, so she reached out and we got the one I liked better. Very much appreciated. I'd recommend them if you're looking for some new furniture!!!

We've been to a lot of big box furniture stores across three major markets in the last month. I didn't expect to find the selection and competitive prices they have. Furnish 123 is definitely worth stopping into.

I had a great experience with all the staff at Furnish123. Everyone was very helpful. I’d like to send a special shout out to Aly. She was incredibly helpful and patient to help me find the right choice! She answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) she returned phone calls and was super sweet. If your living room needs an upgrade, she’s your girl!

Jacob Fisher was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient while my daughter and I walked around looking at couches waiting for my husband. We left to do a few things and came back and he was ready to help us pick out our couch. Let us know about the sales and even helped measure to make sure it fit in the space we have. He gave us an estimate for the couch we looking at with sale price, insurance, and delivery. He answered questions we had about the insurance, which is well worth the money. Overall so very happy with his help getting our new couch. Everyone, including our dog, loves it!

I recently purchased a furniture piece that did not meet quality standards. Jeremy worked hard to have the manufacturer resolve the issue, but their only solution was to replace it with the same piece, which likely would have resulted in the same problem. Jeremy went above and beyond to make things right and provided me with a store credit for the full cost, allowing me to put it toward something else in the store. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and the effort he made to ensure I left satisfied. Thank you, Jeremy, for the exceptional resolution and for making me a very grateful customer.
