Slumberland Furniture

I'm totally satisfied with my mattress purchase at Slumberland, Rice Lake. I received excellent help and guidance from the professional staff that led me to my final decision. The delivery crew also deserves some accolades - efficient, on time and professional. A good experience overall!

Easy to shop with no pressure! Sales person was very nice when he greeted us and very helpful with my purchase! Can't wait for delivery of my new sofa! Highly recommend if in the market for new furniture +

These folks did an amazing job with the process of my purchase. They did a price match as well as very reasonable financing options that led me to the decision to making my purchase with them instead of elsewhere. Damon worked with me to make sure the layout and dimensions would work with the floor plan of my apartment. Great job guys!

Sales person Katie she showed me a couple of sectional couches she told me to take my time with choosing which one to get I closed on a perfect couch & also she has great customer service.

I felt it was necessary to share this review in hopes to prevent other customers for having a negative experience like mine. Slumberland’s warranty does not cover low quality Items that are sold to you. The 1 year warranty only covers manufacturer defects. If you are old-fashioned like me, willing to invest in quality that will last, Slumberland is not the place to find that (in my case, it was an expensive fabric couch). My complaint went to corporate, and I was treated poorly, solely based on an invalid (and unprofessional) inspection of the product made at my home within the first year warranty period. Because of this non-negotiable evaluation, slumberland’s corporate customer experience manager did not return my calls. I was also told that they will not assist me in ordering a new part, even if it’s on my dime. If you have no other choice but to purchase from slumberland, make sure to not buy a fabric couch where the manufacturer put a seam in a high traffic seating area on the cushion (aka where your tush sits). There’s a couple of high-end furniture stores located in Eau Claire that backs the ‘quality’ of product within their warranty policy. Yes, you’ll have to pay a higher delivery fee, but it’ll be worth it in the long run. Hopefully this post will help others. I should’ve done my research on what was covered in their warranty and read more reviews on Slumberland’s quality. My loss. Your gain. Go elsewhere.
