Furniture Assistant

Where do I begin? Looking online at offer up I found a beautiful white sectional so I put an offer in for it, they accepted and I agreed to pick it up. I found out that they were a furniture company so naturally I started looking at bedroom sets because I was moving to Jersey in a couple weeks. Ty was very friendly and I figured "Hey give the mom and pop store some business " they offered to keep the furniture for me until I moved and would ship it at a low cost! Forward to May 15th (move in date) I was informed that the they did not have the sectional that I ordered and offered me a different set, so not wanting to wait any longer I agreed to the set they had. Two weeks later EVERYTHING (or so I thought) came in pieces, I've never had to put a couch together but hey it is what it is! I started putting everything together only to find out that I did not have everything to finish putting my bed together. Forward to today July 21st 2018, I had to purchase the rest of the screws from Home Depot to finish putting my bed together (Finally it's done) and was promised couch pillows to help with not receiving the sectional that I previously ordered. I didn't realize that Amazon took 3 weeks to deliver pillows. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO ANOTHER MOM AND POP STORE FOR ANY TYPE OF PURCHASE!! Oh did I forget to mention that the finance company without fail takes the money out of my account every two weeks!!! Order still not complete but I'm still paying for it!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. They received one star from me ONLY because the staff was kind and apologetic.

The young lady I have been working with is so kind. She answered all my questions. Made apply for financing a breeze and would definitely purchase from them again. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Best part is I haven't even met with them yet. I've been so impressed just by the way she has handled answering all my questions through text and fb messenger. I give this company a big thumbs up 👍
