She was also able to get us scheduled for next day delivery! The delivery team was also very efficient. They got the couch loaded and set up quickly. Great customer service from Deana! Delivered on the day promised. One part of the couch had a minor defect, the delivery guy immediately let his boss know and they ordered a new piece to replace it. The new piece arrived less than a week from the original delivery date. Delivery and set up took less than 20 minutes both times. Definitely would purchase from them again.
