Bought a sectional there and within a year the recliners started acting up. There's only 2 of us and no big dogs. We mainly only used one of the recliners. The motor on that one would run but not open the chair. I called the store and was told by Gaye that a repairman would be sent. Months went by and no repairman. I got an answering machine evertime I called the store and I left messages everytime. I called the Waxahachie store to complain and find out the status on the repairman. I was told that Gaye actually owns both stores and usually doesn't return calls. The store is too far for me to go to. Finally a repairman came and he said the bars were bent and were installed on the recliners like that. He took the working motors so he could get the correct parts. 3 months later I started calling the store since I hadn't heard from anyone. Again, was only able to leave messages. I continued with attempts to reach Gaye. Even calling the other store for them to give her my message. A YEAR.. a whole YEAR later she calls me and says that she will contact the repairman. Several weeks later, nothing. I started calling once again but to no avail. 4 months later, Gaye left me a messgae saying that the parts for this is no longer available. Well, I bet it was a year before when the repairman took my working motors!! She said they could send me my motors back. I promptly called back and an actual employee answered the phone. Gaye was not available so I told him to tell her that I do want the motors back. I can see if I can get the bent bars fixed at a shop and actually have functioning recliners for once. That was a couple of months ago an still have not heard anything from her. I am now filing a civil claim against her and possible theft charges. I left many messages telling her that taking my working motors and not returning them is theft. Stay away for this place!

Mom and I went to the Waxahachie location to find a living room set for her new apartment. Steve and Michelle were very professional and provided great customer service! The prices were also great and Mom is happy about her new living room set. We will definitely be returning to this location for any future furniture needs/wants.

Michelle was friendly and helpful. The time from purchase to delivery took longer than expected but the delivery guys were careful and patient while I decided where each piece should go. The furniture is beautiful and so far appearing of good quality as I have only had it for just under two weeks.

We had a great experience with Michelle. We needed to find a specific dining room chair and she got online and went through each chair until we found a match at the right price. She took time and showed excellent customer service.

I have purchased several items from this company as they are convenient. The one outstanding issue with them is continuing poor customer service. I bought a recliner and an extended warranty. The warranty was no good as they stated I had not reported the problem soon enough. The warranty was still in effect. They have a time limit to report problems. I also bought mattresses with a 10 year warranty. We are in the second year and the mattress is breaking down. The store wont call you back and you send pictures of the problem and no one ever bothers to answer. I started a file on the mattress in December. Still no response. I am told they are short handed or it is because of Covid. Bought a power lift recliner as I was having surgery. The chair developed problems within a month. They replaced the chair. The second chair has now stopped working. You hear the lift grind, but the chair does not move. This is the replacement chair. I told the company that is was the replacement chair they was told "they did not know what to do about it. Started with it's Covid, no one want to work, etc. If you want poor furniture, poor customer service and poor attitude, shop here.
