Furniture Depot

We are incredibly happy with our experience with Furniture Depot. They had a great selection, and Enis was helpful as we tried to find the right fit for our needs and budget. Even better, our couches were delivered in two weeks, and they are super comfy!

Professionalism, fast delivery, and great customer service. Ennis is the best salesman ever! He let us try out our brand new frohn chocolate sofa and swivel recliner before purchasing. The recliner we took off the floor and two gentlemen who looked as if they were ending there shift dropped there things and helped us load the recliner in our car and were very professional and kind. The sofa was delivered within 2 days. The same gentlemen from before delivered my couch and placed it right in my living room. Thank you Ennis for being respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping us buy our first brand new couch and recliner and to the 2 delivery men who were so great handling my new couch and recliner!

My husband walked into Furniture Depot a few weeks ago just to browse for possibilities for new living room furniture. Ennis was extremely helpful and patient, showed him several possibilities, both powered and not, that could fit our needs. We have made several visits over the last few weeks, and finally made the purchase of a new sofa and loveseat with power reclining capabilities today. The family atmosphere is not high pressure, and very accommodating for allowing customers to take time to make a decision that works for them, their budget, and their needs. We discovered we were able to use a furniture credit line we already had open to finance our purchase at 0% interest for 12 months. There are several major brands of furniture manufacturers available on the floor in a wide variety of price ranges. Delivery and set up is available, but customers can also pick up their purchases to save the delivery charges. Lots of other companies have flashy TV or radio ads, but the personal service at Furniture Depot outshines the other Chicagoland furniture stores.

Purchased 4 items from them and I love every one of them. The quality is amazing! The couch I purchased is the most comfortable couch I’ve ever had. They also have good customer service. The delivery guys are awesome as well.

I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the customer service I received from both Mr. Ennis and Mrs. Eva at your SCHERRIVILLE LOCATION. I will also refer anyone that's looking for furniture and I also. TRULY ENJOYED THE JAZZ playing over the airwaves.
