Sue helped us in so many ways from different options in style and fabric. Did not overwhelm us with too many choices. Delivery was excellent - both men were cordial and worked well with each other. Enjoying our new couch and 2 loveseats.

I decided to update our bedroom this year and planned every detail of what we were going to do like painting, new carpet etc. I went to another furniture store, picked out a bedroom set and was given a delivery date. Unfortunately they kept canceling delivery date after delivery date (7 total). After months of frustration, my husband and I went to Groens. We were greeted warmly and shared our experience with the previous store. We pick out a beatiful King size bedroom set that is Amish made and we were told it would be delivered in 8 weeks. Seven weeks layer, as promised and 1 week early, we received our furniture. Delivery was so easy and the delivery team was careful and professional. THANK YOU ALL! WE WILL BE BACK💖

Very pleased with my purchase and experience at Groen's Furniture. I just recently purchased my first home and needed a couch. I visited one other store and wasn't pleased with the shopping experience, so my mom and I came to Groen's. I can't remember who helped me, but she was super nice. No pressure and she didn't follow us around as we shopped. I found a great Flexsteel couch that I fell in love with and decided to purchase it. Picking out the fabric for my pillows was super easy, because the first pattern I saw I fell in love with. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery and it came 2 weeks early! I was so excited to receive the call! I had delivery this morning. The delivery guys were nice and respectful. There was some discarded plastic wrappers left behind outside my house and in my living room, but I just picked them up and threw them away. But overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and my experience. I will be returning to Groen's if I ever need more furniture.

Store has nice room settings. Carpet, couches, chairs, and their lamps selection is the best I have seen. Clocks, accessories, pictures, bedroom sets upstairs, mattresses, large selection of dining tables, just a really nice furniture store. I don't know how they get so much in the space they have. Employees are very nice......8-2019 Just looking around the store again, after visiting a big box furniture store. I thought to myself those store carry to much. Groens is just the right size and they can order what you want if they carry it. Less stress. Can just walk around and look without a salesperson breathing down your neck. Pull in their large parking lot and check them out.
