I had an absolutely amazing experience with my recent furniture purchase! From the very beginning, everything went so smoothly. The quality of the furniture is outstanding—it looks even better in person than I imagined, and it fits perfectly in my space. What really stood out, though, was the person I worked with (Kia). She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right pieces. It never felt rushed or pushy, just warm and thoughtful service. She is very knowledgeable about finance options and couldn’t be more pleased with her help to furnish my entire living space for the price. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and great customer care!

My husband and I purchased a sectional couch from Kia.. she was pleasant to talk with and stayed with us from start to finish. She Told us to hold on to the yellow receipt for any warranty needs . Weird vibes as soon as we walked only saw what looked like 2 employees. Walked around to look at recliners. And noticed the prices were double what we saw at other name brand furniture stores (bob’s, mor, Ashley and Macy’s) and the quality looked worse. I definitely won’t be doing business here ever.

What a pleasant experience I had today with Kia. Very attentive, personable, and simply a joy to be around. My wife has been obsessing over corduroy couches for some time, and today Kia got us one we love! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Thank you, Kia! You are absolutely amazing and one in a million.

I was so impressed by the customer service and genuine care and kindness from the staff. I had been looking on Facebook marketplace and most people wanted more for their used couches than what the prices were here for brand new furniture. Thank you!! Definitely will be back.
