Karen and her store are absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly supportive and genuinely cared about my needs and preferences. I'm incredibly grateful that I decided to visit the Sleep Shop. I had been on the lookout for a new mattress for quite some time. Let me tell you, the customer service was beyond exceptional. I ended up purchasing a bed frame, mattress, mattress pad cover, and sheets, and I am so glad I did. The very next morning after sleeping on my new bed, I woke up feeling like I was on a luxurious vacation. It was such a wonderful feeling. In fact, it was so delightful that we went back and got another mattress. The whole experience was both informative and enjoyable. I absolutely adore this place!

This is a very cool mattress store. Karen, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about natural/organic mattresses. There are floor models of all latex matresses, among other high quality natural options, which is rare and much appreciated!

I am very particular about mattresses nowadays and want natural fibers, fill and foam (latex) in my mattresses as we're laying on them for almost 1/2 of lives. Karen was the sweetest and most educated person and helped me pick out the best mattress for my daughter. The store was very comfortable, clean and had a great selection of natural mattresses, covers, pillows and sheets. I totally recommend them to consumers who prefer organic and more natural options for bedding.

Just bought a mattress here and it was just a great experience, Karen is very kind and welcoming. She worked with me and steered me in the right direction, offering great advice and great financing! Definitely will be returning myself and referring anyone who needs a bed!
