I have bought several pieces from this store in the past 2 years and have been extremely pleased with my purchases and the customer service was phenomenal. Jodine was our sales representative and she was very patient and informative each time we made a purchase. She is always a pleasure to talk to and goes out of her way to ensure her customers are getting the best price possible. Any questions or concerns we had she was always willing to help and provide guidance. If I could give more stars I would. Excellent store and customer service!!!!
View on GoogleWe are retired military moving onto Cherry Point and we bought 2 recliners and a sleeper sofa from Stephanie, she scheduled delivery for Tuesday morning. James and Kyle arrived right on time and got straight to work, one door had to come off to get the sleeper sofa in the room, but then James put it right back where it was. Everything went smoothly.

View on GoogleEverything seemed well and good. We found the sectional we wanted paid for it. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks. Now we are being told just kidding it will be 7 weeks!! they offered to do absolutely nothing at all as well, besides refund the money... What a joke and terrible customer service. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere. Stephanie did tell me we could get the floor model (the one all the kids jump on sit on and put their shoes on)... but it would be the exact same price.
