We decided we wanted a new couch and picked a July 4 weekend hoping for some good deals stopped at stores in Jacksonville, Morehead city, havelock and New Bern. We had an idea of what we really wanted from shopping around but it didn’t seem like it existed a massaging couch not leather that had cup holders and good lumbar support. Got to Wells Wayside. Checked out couches seemed kind of pricey and then we found it.. the perfect flex steel couch that fulfilled all our hopes and dreams and was at a reasonable price point with the July discount. They were even able to deliver it to us in 2 weeks. The mover at first panicked and was ready to give up when he saw the layout( we have a stairway wall almost as soon as you walk into the house) but after some encouragement from my husband he was able to make it work and get the couch in. We love our couch in the color admiral. Very high quality and well made.

View on GoogleFirst impressions are that this is a quality store, but that is far from the truth. A few years back we purchased a dinning room table and chairs and at the time we were told they were real wood and made in the USA... turns out that was all lies! We recently went to resurface the table and it’s garbage. They say a picture is worth 1000 words... you decide. But I will never shop here again. It may have been assembled in the USA but definitely not made here.
View on GoogleI just experienced the most professional, top of line delivery service today. And this is coming from a 66-year-old former furniture store owner for 10 years. Roy, Wilton and Steve went over and above without causing a single scratch delivering and setting up a solid wood king size bedroom suit on the 3rd floor of our new house. I was not as fortunate with the delivery service of our dinette set and appliances that was delivered a few weeks earlier. I was so impressed that my wife and I will be visiting Wells Wayside Furniture this weekend looking for furnishing the remaining house because of the delivery guys. Think I am kidding? NOT Thanks Guys-you are the best!!
