Sales mngr I believe his name wasTim, but I need to find where I put his card..any how he is a super helpful guy- not pushy and happy to make recommendations for our interests. I took my four children in to test out couches for a future purchase, and we had a wonderful experience. We ended up walking out with a beautiful rug for a steal.

Order a 400 dollar chair over 6 weeks ago, was told when I purchased it would be here in 3-4 weeks, now the person who "works" there has no idea when it will be delivered. He then tried to tell me he couldn't refund our money, without knowing if it had shipped or not. Then said i needed to talk to the owner who is off work today. Then said the owner will be there today. Wow great service you're "worker" is providing! He knows nothing and just answers the phones with no information to give anyone.
View on GoogleI bought a massage recliner from them and it didn't work the way it should've so they allowed me to exchange it for a electric recliner. It didn't even last a year and the motor gave out. I definitely don't recommend this place. Only reason I gave them a 2 is because the guy that sits at the front of the store is nice.
View on GoogleWonderful experience at this place! They have a great selection of furniture and all at great prices. I was able to get a good couch for at least $200 less than other stores in the area. The delivery guys were also super nice and were able to maneuver the couch through the narrow hallway/passageway into my apartment! Would definitely recommend this place to students or other young adults just starting out!
View on GoogleSteve took excellent care of me while looking for a new pullout couch. I keep returning for the customer service, but the furniture is a nice addition. They even delivered it! You won't be disappointed if you shop at the Furniture Exchange!
